Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pup to love your Pawvera product. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

• Item must be in original condition and packaging
• Item must not be damaged due to misuse
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

Email us at pawverva@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us immediately at pawverva@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
