What size dogs is the PlayBall™ designed for?
The PlayBall™ is designed primarily for small dogs and puppies. Its lightweight size makes it easy for smaller paws to chase, bat, and interact with. It may also work for calm medium-sized dogs, but it's optimized for smaller breeds.
How does the PlayBall™ move on its own?
The PlayBall™ uses an internal motor to roll and change direction automatically. It's designed to move in unpredictable patterns to mimic the movement of prey and trigger your dog's natural chase instincts.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, the PlayBall™ runs for approximately 30–60 minutes of active play time. It charges fully in under 2 hours via USB.
How do I charge it?
Simply plug the included USB cable into the charging port on the ball and connect to any USB power source (wall adapter, laptop, power bank). The light indicator will show when it's fully charged.
Is it safe for my dog to chew on?
The PlayBall™ is made from durable, scratch-resistant materials and is designed for chasing and batting — not heavy chewing. We recommend supervising your dog during play. It is not recommended for aggressive chewers.
Can it be used on carpet?
Yes! The PlayBall™ works on both hard floors and low-pile carpet. For best performance, hard floors (wood, tile, laminate) are recommended as they allow the ball to move more freely.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days. International orders take 10–25 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if my PlayBall™ arrives damaged?
Contact us at pawverva@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.
What colors does it come in?
The Pawvera PlayBall™ is currently available in Pink and Green. Select your preferred color on the product page before adding to cart.
